How do I care for them?
To keep your Jesmonite items in great condition:

Avoid harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface.
Jesmonite is heat-resistant but not entirely heatproof, so avoid placing hot items directly on the surface.

Is it food safe and water resistant?
Jesmonite decor items are not food-safe and are intended for decorative purposes only.
Will my JESMONITE Piece have air bubbles or color variations?
Yes, small air bubbles and subtle color variations are natural in Jesmonite products. These characteristics result from the casting process and add to the unique, handcrafted quality of each piece.
Do you make custom orders?
We currently do not take custom orders, although something we may consider for the future.
What should I do if my items arrives demaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with a description and photos of the damage at briahomewarestudio@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a resolution. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.
